PAYMENT

RETURNS

  • Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be issued for items returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • All returns that are caused due to my error will result in a 100% refund.
  • Returns for any other reason will result in a refund of item price only minus a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging. 
  • Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully. 
  • Please provide me with a tracking number and include your name and order number in the package so I know who to refund. 
  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you change your mind about a purchase and would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund minus a 3% restocking fee (new due to changes with our payment processor). All other cancellations will fall under our return policy and be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
